• Payment by credit card can be made into our Pay Pal account, please let us know if you'd like to do this. There is a fee of 3.5%. For deposits we will absorb it, but the balance will incur this extra charge.
• Prices include air-conditioning, weekly clean and change of bed linen/towels.
• Occupation is from 15.00 on day of arrival to 10.00 on day of departure.
• A deposit of 25% of the full amount is payable on booking, and the balance is due at least eight weeks before departure.
• Please confirm with us that the dates are available, and then we will send you a booking form.
• A £100.00 security deposit will be taken against unreasonable breakages and excessive cleaning.
• Cots, highchairs and pushchairs can be hired in at an extra cost.
